Beaucoup de moustiques à la tombée de la nuit. Cours de kizomba une fois par semaine. Repas très convenable.

I made booing and they promised to pick me up from airport. Reached airport from Madagascar at 1am, none was there. I took taxi an reached the hotel at 2am. On the way taxi driver told me that he took two guest in the last weeek with booking to this place and could bet get room. He arranged somewhere else. I said, I have paid in full. When we reached it was all dark with light anywhere.taxi driver took me through dark to the hotel and we kept on calling their number with no response. I called hotel.com from there and they also verified. Thus be careful. Not a reliable place to stay. I was so much stressed. Then driver arranged another hotel at night

Chambres rustiques avec équipement minimum : un grand lit + un petit, 2 tables de chevet, un "banc", une penderie. Pas de rangement fermé. Draps propres mais avec des taches. Salle de bain rustique également, avec douche "à l'italienne" (qui coule partout), WC et lavabo avec 2 mitigeurs. Une seule serviette par personne (pas pratique pour les cheveux, la piscine ou la plage), toutes dépareillées. Petit déjeuner sympa mais ce n'est pas un buffet. Il faut demander le jus de fruit. Pas l'idéal avec un bébé à mon avis. C'est plus un 2 qu'un 3 étoiles.

Horrible ! Fuyez ! Nous étions seuls la nuit (avec une petite) pas de personnel (imagine s il nous était arrive qqch ! Pas de numéro à joindre) Insomnie présence de rat et couleuvre dans la chambre (merci à jean clément le cuisinier et homme a tout faire (qui travaille tous les jours sans repos) pour avoir achete au bout de 3 jours un piège a rat et attrape le serpent). Un soir à 20h on frappe à notre Lodge 3 pers en panique cherche le personnel (qui ne trouvèrent pas puisque pas présent) pour les guider vers leur Lodge. heureusement pour eux on connaissait le lieu de rangement des clés des lodges sinon ils dormaient dehors (pb lit pas fait pas de serviettes). Linge jamais change en 10 jours. Odeur d humidité dans tous les lodges (on les a tous visite puisqu on cherche un Lodge propre pour les 3 pers.) et à notre retour en fin de journée.

Etablissement calme,les bungalows et les espaces verts manquent d'entretien repas du soir pas terrible pour le prix (500rs) voiture obligatoire

Nous avon eu une chambre avec petite piscine pour le prix d'une chambre simple. Accueil super sympa et séjour de rêve.

accueil sympa, très décontracté. MASSAGES TRES BIEN LE PATRON TRES COOL AVEC SES EMPLOYES. TABLE DE LA VEILLE PAS DEBARASSEE AU PETIT DEJEUNER. PAS DE PERSONNEL PRESENT LE JOUR DU DEPART POUR LE PETIT DEJEUNER. LE PATRON DORMAIT ENCORE........

Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt mit klasse Essem und sehr sehr nettem Team!

We stayed a week at Nativ Lodge with half board (breakfast and dinner). My husband and I in one lodge and my 80 year old mother in another. The individual lodges are surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens with paths winding through it. The lodges have an interesting minimalist decor which we liked and comfortable beds and good air conditioning. No WIFI or TV in the rooms so we relaxed and read books instead which was great. The open plan bar/restaurant area was in a natural setting near the river with geckos and frogs around in the evenings. The decor made use of recycled materials which gave a rustic and creative feel to the place. We enjoyed all our meals and the staff were very attentive. The location is close to the airport and Blue Bay Marine Reserve and next door to the National History Museum. Nativ Lodge is in Mahebourg which is the real Mauritius, not a walled resort, so it's not for everyone, but we liked it. It is simple, relaxing and close to nature. You have to go down a back lane to get there but it's worth it.

A pleasant quiet garden setting by the river. 8 s/c units, al fresco dining. Close to bus routes and staff will arrange friendly taxi service, boat trips etc. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A clone hotel from a chain, its not. Food cooked by 5* chef Jocelyn is excellent
