Secara keseluruhan hotel ini pelayanan nya bagus, namun sy di kasih kamar di gedung yg lama sy minta di gedung baru katanya sesuai dgn harga yg dipesan. sebaiknya dikasih opsi pilihan gedung baru atau gedung lama pd saat pemesanan

The bathroom has old sanitary need to replace with new ones. Basement car park has very narrow exit access, it is dangerous for mpv car. I had bad experience where my car scratched when I drove my car through narrow exit access from basement 2 to ground level. I had reported to duty manager on 18 june evening that he promised to be followed up by hotel management but noone contact me after that.

I didnt get the room that i have ordered at the first check in. I got it after complained.

新館に宿泊しました。 水回りもよく、ベッドも快適でした。また、ネットも割と快適でした。 （※インドネシアのホテルは、Wifiの通信状況が部屋毎にムラがあることが多いので、 たまたま私の部屋がよかったのか、全ての部屋が快適につながるかはわかりませんが） 朝食も種類が豊富で悪くないと思います。

nice hotel and friendly staff... facilities are a bit old.. need upgrading... food not many variety.. lifts are not able to cater to big crowd of guests.. if have more English speaking staff would be good.

インドネシアのホテルは、よっぽどの高級ホテル（泊まったことない）を除き、 Wifiが遅い・弱いことがおおかったり、ある部屋で強くても、他の部屋で弱い、 昨日は早くても今日は遅い、といった村があるのですが、前回このホテルにとまったら、 インターネットアクセスは早かった！ 是非、「いつ泊まっても、どの部屋を使っても早い状態」を維持してください。

かつてのパンゲガールホテルが、名前をかえてオープンしました。 部屋はほぼかつてのままです。 ホテル内のコンビニは以前より質素な「売店」になったと思います。 私の部屋からは、LANは快適に使えたのがありがたかったです。

Sesuai ekspektasi. Yang paling nyenengin sarapannya. Banyak macemnya...:-D

Happy with the hotel except I find is far from convenience stores and difficult to find any travel company
