éL Hotel Bandung

Waktu mau dinner dikuliner bandung perjalanan dari hotel kelokasi kuliner dipaskal terkena pengalihan jalan karena adanya Car free night sehingga kemacetan tak dapat terhindarkan lagi sampai2 kami kemalaman tiba dilokasi dinner.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel until the next door guess alarm woke us up at 3 am and they snoozed it. The alarm was in vibration using mobile phone I guess and somehow the vibration could be heard from our bed. We called the front desk and they sent the security to solve the problem.

Nice clean hotel. Staff are very professional and smiley. Free wifi and airport pickup is a plus. Only downside is book your airport transfers early (at least two days before your departure)because if someone else booked it before you than you are out of luck and have to take a cab to the airport.

ホテルは、旧館に泊まるか新館に泊まるかでかなり違う。 過去に泊まった時、旧館は古くて、Wifiもつながりにくい時間があったが、今回は新館（しかも満室のためアップグレード。ありがとうございます。＞ホテルスタッフの方々）で、快適でした。Wifiも概ね快適でした。 ビジネスで来ている人間にとっては、Wifiは生命線ですので。。。

夜遅くのチェックインだったがルームキーがまだ用意されておらず部屋の前でしばらく待つことになった。朝にロビーで伝統楽器の演奏があり心地よかった。

I was in town for a wedding with my parents. The greeting and the service there was excellent, even if you look abit lost someone will come up to you to offer help. The breakfast was great with a wide selection. My only complaint is with house keeping, we had two rooms, when we checked in my parents room had no towels, and I had. The second night my dirty towels are gone with no new ones anywhere. For just a great all round hotel, it seems funny that they were so short on towels
