AUComfy bed. Clean fluffy towels. New, clean bathroom, quiet air conditioner, quiet room. Good shower pressure and bath products available. Older style motel that provided a bed for the night and onsite parking.
Curtains had mould on the back. There were no plates or bowls so I ate my cereal out of a coffee cup.

Air conditioning leaked water over the floor on first day. Told staff but nothing was done about it our whole stay. We put a wast bin under the leak and it was nearly full with water when we checked out.
AUAUAUAUVery comfortable and roomy accomm for a couple of nights. Friendly staff. Quiet. Easy access to Tweed River main roads and facilities of Tweed Heads and Coolangatta.
Shower head needed adjustment. Cannot rely on wifi.

The area was dodgy. But the hotel can’t do anything about that.
