location for views is very nice and staff are very good. good selection of food and drinks.

difficult to travel to with single lanes and for some reason I could hear some pumps or chiller's making noises through out the night. maybe something that's broken or needs attention. But overall is a good little place to stop

We had a family room , that in my opinion should not be let out , it was so hot , not reflecting the weather which was cool . They had two fans in the room so obviously know this is an issue , it’s directly above the kitchen and they have a cupboard door next to the bed in the eves that later in the evening had smells coming out into the room of all the frying from the kitchen you could actually see the steam coming through . The heat and smell was so unpleasant . There was a futon which was grubby looking and would not want to pull out for any child . Safety wise there was a metal walk way or balcony outside the window and when we were going to sleep we were unable to lock the windows . ( By this times the kitchen had closed down so the heat coming up from there and smells were no longer invading the room ) So we had to sleep with a window open that was a potential safety issue . Also of concern was the amount of extension leads plugged into one another . However the bathroom was good and clean . But this room should not be available for guests due to the heat and smells from the kitchen it’s in my opinion not fit for purpose they charged 99.00 for the room which is not really acceptable as it was over all quite grubby looking . It’s a shame as I’ve stayed here before in another room which was the same price but a much higher standard .
