The staff as usual were excellent and the area was great although the weather wasn't too good

It was a lovely quiet relaxing trip. The grounds are beautiful. Cottage had everything you needed.

We only had the option of before 8:15, or from 9:30 We opted for 9:30, and like a leisurely breakfast. But buffet items being cleared from 10:00. Staff in the breakfast were fine, but not particularly personable. No plain yogurt. Bedroom (in separate cottages) comfortable, but tired. Bathroom in particular

All areas spotlessly clean. On arrival and departure reception staff very helpful. Pavilion room excellent

Breakfast menu needs attention. Fruit salad could be improved. Cooked menu only featured basic egg based dishes. Breakfast staff, although busy, could be more engaged with customers.

Our room was looking a bit tried

The little touches were great, like a box of tissues and a sensor light in the bathroom, so you didn't have to turn on the main bathroom light (& fan)! The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom and the staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help!

Beautiful grounds, staff were very helpful.
