Everything. Lovely breakfast. Polite staff. Clean

We didn’t have a bath mat so used a hand towel. Toilet was extremely hard to flush.

Location was perfect only a 5 mins drive from Hunstanton. Access to Seales was an amazing bonus and the room, views, breakfast etc was incredible. Staff were super friendly and helpful
