Heacham Manor Hotel

The room was lovely spacious and clean. The grounds are very nice. Nice having a gym. Some of the staff were fantastic.

The staff were unhelpful on the first night. No food as advertised in the manor bar. Not given a cottage room as advertised and a noisy wedding was on in the Pavillion so woken up by the guests banging the door repeatedly.

Property was very dated a cottage with two roomed at the top , hot day and was a small air con unit and window opened very little Decor needed painting and shower didn’t shut properly a lot of money for a small very hot summer property

Small very hot and expensive for room that we had we could barely sleep so went for an early walk Location staff etc are amazing but this small accommodation doesn’t suit just glad we were only here for one night

Paid a bit extra for a cottage suite and I must say I've lived in worse flats. Was lucky enough to have a small patio next to the duck pond so got to share my morning coffee with all the ducks and ducklings that came to see me as soon as I exited the room.

Room needed some tlc shower enclosure shocking basically needs a refurb , dinner was average fish batter soggy and had to wait ages for them to bring tomato sauce and vinegar, no glasses at breakfast for juice , coffee machine broken so long queue, room was lavender 3c
