The food was excellent great portion size and good variety. The bar area was very relaxing and intimate if you wanted a quiet place to sit. The staff were exceptional very attentive and very friendly especially all those who were working on the 25/5. It was our wedding anniversary and they really pushed the boat out for us thank you

All staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely with a very nice cooked breakfast and many 'cold' options. Plenty of parking and good location for visiting family in Heacham - 20 minute/1 mile walk to where we needed to be but pavement walking so not an issue, just a bit dark in places but felt very safe.

Unfortunately the towel rail was stuck on and very hot which in 30 degree heat was not helpful, but a fan is available in the room so no real issue.

Lovely settings

Decor could have benefited from a bit more character other than one snail picture over bed. It could be useful in the hotel instructions to say that hair dryer is in a drawer.

Quite location , easy access to travel around North Norfolk.

Needs updating , stayed in main house so no lift . Especially difficult for older people .

"All the general facilities were excellent,pity no umbrellas outside pavilion as weather was hot."

We loved our first night in the Pavilion room a class of its own,but 2nd night no where as good felt old outdated and bathroom very poor in the mulberry cottage,my wife because of her hip problem needs a walkin shower partly my error when booking.

Lovely Manor House in nice grounds

The toilet wasn’t clean when we got into our room. The cottage rooms are starting to look a bit worn and the cleaning wasn’t very good. We hired 4 rooms and one of the others was also not cleaned with hairs on the bath side.
