Refrigerator and safe in room did not work. Even though the issues were reported staff answered items were under maintenance. Never emptied garbage cans during a 4 day stay. Cob web in the bathroom corner never cleaned. Shower leaked out to the tiled floor. Pleasant staff, delicious food.

the room facilities are ok

They apply a exchange rate for USD much higher than the market. That is a very bad practice, and I will not go back to that hotel for that reason

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the alarms kept sounding all hours of the day and night from the business next door (Wong). Also, I asked the hotel management to repair the non-working lockbox in my room, but they never did. The room lacked a number of amenities like coffee maker, ice bucket, microwave, and iron and ironing board.
