"San Mateo is a great place to stay."

The rooms are very clean and well maintained. They had everything we needed for our stay and are very comfortable. It is close to the beach and the centre of broadbeach and also close to a couple of nice cafes. We enjoyed our stay and felt welcome.

"Don't expect what you want"

The room was set up great with just about everything you need. It is close to the beach, shops and the tram.

They say either garden, ocean or city views we didn't get any view at all. They say you get a hot tub you is tiny and could barely fit 2 people. There was no one there the whole time we where booked in and I had to scream my card number into an intercom for everyone to hear and instead of taking 100 deposit they take 206?? Which after 3 days I'm still waiting for.. also there are no dogs signs everywhere yet someone in the room right near me had 2 which woke me up the very first morning of staying there

"Relaxing"

Location was great . Rooms were well equipped with everything we needed . Was nice to get fresh sheets sbd towels after a week

No sun in pool area in afternoon so a little cool to swim so we’ve decided to probably come a few weeks later in year next time , to enjoy our swim .
