Campbelltown Colonial Motor Inn

Hotel staff were unorganised and delayed my check in. Hotel room was not cleaned properly, there was what looked like pubic hair in the bathroom. The room smelled like mould and wet carpet. The bathroom window was screwed open, which didn't feel very private. Toilet roll holder was broken and put on the wall backwards. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked. There were stains on the bedspread. Will not be staying there again.

Convenient Motel for our stay, but smokers smoke blew up through the room front, cigarette butt outside the room, and down the stairs, even though these are NON-SMOKING areas...go figure. Room clean enough but peeling paint on room, and had a toaster but no plates or knives, or bowls. Just as well we came prepared.

This motel is in a great location with regards to our needs.

I was a little disappointed that there was only 1 cup and 1 spoon in the room - and no shower curtain covering the bath in which you have to stand in to have a shower.

Room smelt strongly of cigarretes. Was exchaged, but then we were next door to very noisy group,who did 't think of others when revving their bikes early next morning. Also, poor TV reception and no bolt to lock front door at night. However, the bed was very comfortable and shower had good pressure.

Basic room but clean and no street noise. Had an iron,handy when we were getting ready for family occasion.

$140 / night could be better spent elsewhere. Strong choking smell of smoke in a non smoking room.
