Campbelltown Colonial Motor Inn

for a quick overnight stay it was ok. I would suggest an upgrade in the bathroom with fittings and style as it is the same now as it was when I stayed there 30 years ago. The old air conditioner was very noisy

No frills room but also a no frills price. Beds clean and comfy. Great for travellers on a budget. Value for money.

It definitely was not like the pictures looked like. Very run down and in need of an overhaul. Room smelled like smoke .

Everything is old and worn out but price is only slightly less then other motels around the area with newer beds appliances etc,

Room full of mosquitos. Need to ensure you don't accidentally lock yourself out. They will only unlock if you have cash. Very dodgy overall

Great location except the driveway is a bit of a hazard to get out of.

Enjoyable stay. Conveniently located. Staff are very accommodating.

Will never stay there again, needs to be pulled down and rebuilt. The word 'budget' is too great a compliment, in very poor condition.

A very good medium priced motel with very clean rooms, close to all events around Campbelltown, easy access and plenty of parking. Set back well off the road, no traffic noise whatsoever.
