Campbelltown Colonial Motor Inn

Very quiet and welcoming ,staff was very nice and the room was also clean and very comfortable

Needs a lot of work to bring it up to standard for the price of the room. Room was clean but facilities were at sub standard condition. Broken tiles, drippy taps, stained hand basin, and no remote for the airconditioner.

Towel rail broken. Bar fridge noisy. Toilet dripping

It is a great hotel close to everything I liked because waling distance great history beyond the hotel

Very disappointed how cold our very over priced breakfast was....

We needed an inexpensive one-night stop in Campbelltown. This adequately filled the bill. Comfortable bed, a large and quiet room which was spotlessly clean. But there were no extras - not even a shower curtain which left the bathroom pretty wet! An extra bath mat would have helped. Nonetheless, should the same need arise, we would stay again. I would recommend to a friend with the same requirements.

We were a bit disappointed in the dated and old decor. Of 3 lamps only 1 worked. OK cleanliness. Office staff ( both men) were helpful friendly and polite. Thank you.

Room was large and comfortable, but warmed up quickly despite it being a cold winter night! Big bathroom and nice hot shower were appreciated. All nice and clean and well maintained. Wifi was supposed to be included but teenage daughter very disappointed as the password was not provided at check-in and couldn't be found in the room!!

Needs renovation but room was clean and big Close to shops and food places

Nice place to stay but our room was down stairs far right where many people were starring at us. Appeared to be single moms with small kids living at the motel. This just kinda ruined it for me--so sad. If our room had been at the far left we probably would have never noticed.
