Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South

Das Hotel ist sehr schön ausgestattet und liegt ein wenig abseits der Hauptstrasse. Die Suite war sehr gross und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Matratze war nicht so weich. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist sehr gross und qualitativ gut, ohne Plastikgeschirr und Kartonteller.

Der Parkplatz kostet USD 25.

I attended a four-day convention of 280 members and we could not have had a better experience. The hotel was beautiful and very clean, with spacious rooms, lovely decor and a feeling of being safe. The free breakfast was elaborate and delicious including made-to-order eggs, and the free cocktail hour created a great atmosphere for us to get together. The food at every meal was delightful and very pleasingly presented. The staff was polite, friendly, very kind and professional, always greeting with a smile. They went out of their way to help and to satisfy, and any need was quickly handled making sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to our being there again next year.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff went above & beyond. The breakfast “made to order omelette station” and buffet were excellent.

I'm here for a convention. The front desk has been extremely helpful, especoally explaining the wifi set-up (FYI - your event has to contract for wifi on the meeting space side of the building and provide attendees with their password). They helped me get logged into lobby Wi-Fi so I could do some time-sensitive work this morning. (My boss thanks them, too.) Big bonus - housekeeping was so efficient, I was able to check in early. This is not always possible, so I really appreciated this as going above and beyond. All the hotel staff I've met have been friendly and helpful. This is my first time here. Very nice suite and meeting spaces!

Another excellent Hilton stay. This was my 2nd stay at this location. The quality and consistency of the property, restaurants, and staff first rate. If you're looking for a wonderful experience in the Orlando area this is your location!
