Love love love this place! Very well maintained, excellent staff! Wonderful breakfast ! Above and beyond service! This hotel is sooooo clean! First time I could walk on a carpet with shoes off and not be concerned! Love the complimentary snacks that were refilled every day(Perrier water, coke, sprite, juice, chips, pretzels, candy… to name a few)! The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a lot of options! The happy hour was nice also! Location was great, close to world of food trucks and flea market! I love this embassy, by far the best I stayed at and my new go to when in Orlando!!!! Shout out to the bartender from Morocco, she was very friendly and nice!

This is my go to hotel for business and personal travel when I am in the Kissimmee area. It is a clean and spacious property, with one of the largest convention centers in the Embassy Suites portfolio. I have frequented this property for 10 years. The rooms are spacious and clean. And you can typically get a very good room rate. The food is among the best of any hotel I have been to. And it is reasonably priced as far as hotel food and beverage pricing goes. The free morning breakfast offering is outstanding, including made to order omelettes and a make your own waffle bar. You have to try the bread pudding. It is always amazing. And so is the homemade salsa to put on that fresh made omelette. But what I love the most about this property is the staff. most of their staff have been there for years. I will mention a few, but they are all outstanding. Pedro and Joseph at the hotel registration desk will greet you with a smile every time. Fatima and Nicole behind the bar are just wonderful. They can make any drink, and will help you with menu recommendations for an outstanding meal. On the convention side of things, David and his crew are just amazing. Bottom line is that this is a well run property that offers amazing value for the traveler. It is located within a 20 minute or so drive to the Magic Kingdom. And the quaint charm of Celebration is only about 15 minutes away. The location is outstanding. I highly recommend it!

I stay at this hotel 4–5 times a year, and I truly can’t say enough about the consistently stellar customer service. What really sets this place apart, though, are the people—especially Fatima and Nicole. Despite months between my visits, they somehow remember my preferences and make each stay feel personalized and seamless. That level of attention to detail is rare and genuinely appreciated. Both are incredibly friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to ensure everything is just right. It’s because of team members like Fatima and Nicole that I keep coming back. They are absolute standouts and a true credit to the hotel.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for many years. The staff are incredible. There are a few that always stand out to me that add a touch of extra care. When I check in Pedro and his staff at the front desk make the process incredibly easy and fast. After a long day, I can always count on Fatima at the restaurant bar to be friendly and remember my preferred drink and dinner. They are outstanding! Their staff is what makes this hotel special - it would not be the same without them.
