The representative name Ray at the front desk was amazing!! I had to change my reservation and he was very professional and kind! He even offered to help us change rooms! The breakfast was amazing and the room was very spacious! I love the art throughout the hotel!

"A beautiful experience with the family for my sons wedding."

All was great… I reserved 3 rooms. My room was great but for two older people as we are a full size bed wasn’t comfortable …. However we made the best of it.

Quirky hotel with lots of interesting features. Good location between 2 subway stations 10-15 min from each other

Room cleaning was a bit rushed. Sometimes only bed was made, but the bins were not emptied and the floor not cleaned
