Cityscape Hotel

Nice and clean place in relaxed enviroment. Good for few nights

Room rates is cheap compared to other hotels nearby and the accomodation is even better. Very accesible to taxis or jeepneys going to major malls and other destinations. Security is good so as room service. Food is surprisingly cheap but can be improve.

In first floor is a littil pit noisy but in 3rd floor is more good

The facilities at CityScape were better than average and the staff was courteous and efficient. The room was very small, but clean and modern. It was sparsely furnished with only a single bed and ONE hardbacked portable chair. In fairness, the large flatscreen TV was well-maintained, the bathroom in good repair and the breakfast was simple but tasty. In my view there are two drawbacks to CityScape, First, it is absolutely near nothing and in a rundown area of the city. The nearest fast food joint is a Jollibee roughly 3 blocks along heavy trafficked, unsidewalked street. It is a considerable taxi ride to the downtown or mall area. Second, absolutely EVERYTHING is extra....I needed an extra bed (there were 4 of us)....1,000 pesos per nite. Need an extra towel?...50 pesos per nite. Tolietries were in short supply and not readily available. Again, the staff were very good and if I were to go back it would be because of them.

If you are on a budget but still want to have a decent place, Cityscape is a good choice. No luxuries but it is clean, the staff is helpful and very friendly.

CItyscape Hotel is in a superb location. The staff is very friendly and helpful from the restaurant, reception, maintenance, cleaning and bell boys. Admittedly, the food is only average, but the service is good. Any issues were handled quickly and efficiently. I would definitely stay here again. The location is safe and only a few minutes from 2 large shopping malls.

we stayed in this hotel 8nights actually. because that place suited us and we found good deal when we were cheaking site of this hotel. friendly stuff. nice place to go famous shopping center. shower had a bit problem but it depended on room i guess. anyways i recommend this hotel.

Hotel staffs are okay, what we hate most is the heater / hot shower on the bathroom, its not comfortable to use, you need to adjust if you want to have a warm shower, its not stable, the temperature goes up to 42 degress and if you want to warm the shower it goes down at 29 degress, so you need to adjust from time to time, it will not stick to 35degress. I think its not good enough. We called a housekeeping to tell this problem, they replaced the sensor knocking trice on the room and they use the hotel towel to clean their mess, after replacing the sensor still the same problem, guest will adjust from 42 down to 29 to 42 again to 29 if you want to have a warm shower. We stayed 2 nights in this hotel, the first day , we requested to make up our room while having breakfast, after breakfast weve seen 2 ladies cleaning the room, one lady at the small bar reading the chocolate box, she caught my attention and i just smile to her, we stay at the poolside 17th floor while waiting the room to be clean.

Uncomplicated. Stylish. Compact. Complete. Wow. Comfortable. Nice. Delightful. Affordable. New.Clean. Inviting. Luxurious. I can't describe it but I highly recommend it for those who seek comfort while in Cebu.
