Cityscape Hotel

I have no negative feedback at all. I paid a very amazing hotel at a very affordable rate. Room is clean, pool was small but good enough for a quick dip. Location is close to malls, disco and coffee shops. It’s just a 20minutes drive from Mactan airport. Best of all its brand new. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Our reservations was for 2 adults. I believe we were given a single room, everything in that room was set up for single. One pr of slippers, toiletries for one towels etc. The staff were infact quite friendly, breakfast was a toss-up. The view from our room faced a junk yard on one side. Neighbourhood in general is limited, need taxi to malls if you want to eat.

All the staff at the hotel were very friendly. Any time we wanted something or wanted to know where places around Cebu were we were always given an answer straight away.The hotel was very clean and the food at the Restaurant was of good quality and the service was excellent. Overall my wife,son and I could not fault this hotel - I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

I stayed here because it has a gym, pool and free wifi and is a new hotel. The rooms are very small, but nicely designed. Unfortunately, on my arrival I was told the gym was closed indefinitely as the roof was damaged from rain. On my second day, they closed the pool for a week. The wifi was to slow to use for my work, so that was strike three. The manager was mysteriously absent throughout, and left the bell staff to deal with complaints. For the price, I would stay at Alpa City Suites, about 50 meters away, with large rooms, better breakfast and fast wired internet.

Customer service at its finest. Though they're new they exert all effort to make you happy as a guest even if i'm just a local. Other hotel would simply ignore you. Here I feel the love. I highly recommend this property because you can afford it even if your on a budget.

Our stay was just fine. The staff are young and helpful, but seem to lack the appropriate supervision some times. It's all about details for me. I get annoyed by a missing roll of toilet paper, or failure to sweep the tiled floort. Hazards of a new place with relatively young staff. The pool is refreshing, but nothing like the photo, and there is no space to sit around and enjoy it. All requests to staff were met with friendly replies. The guys out front were great about flagging taxis and helping with our things. I'd be okay to stay there again. For the money, good value.

Overall, the hotel is simple yet with elegance. However, i was not able try the swimming pool and gym due to the opening time of 7AM. Since my stay was biz, I had to leave early every morning. But they changed the time to 6AM opening on my check out day. I'm looking forward to staying there again next time. :)

This was an excellent, reasonably priced boutique hotel convenient to all, as long as you described nearby landmarks such as other hotels like Alpha Suites to cab drivers, who are still unfamiliar with Cityscape's location. Another recent addition to "things to do in Cebu" is the Rainforest Park, very close down the road and whilst small, it's appropriate fun for children of all ages and has a unique aquarium restaurant. I had brought my fiance's family and they could not stop raving about the quality of the food and the first time in their lives that they'd participated in such an experience. I was especially struck by Cityscape's service oriented employees, who bent over backwards to make our stay a pleasant one. Their restaurant was also a great value as well including very prompt room service. The rooftop pool, while small, was elegant with one of the best views I've seen in Cebu.

Very personalized and responsive service. Looks small but tall. It's service could rival the 5 star hotel around but at half the price.

So sweet of them to provide pancakes to my daughter.During our stay I think we own the pool in most occasion.
