The cafe was closed. Unexpected reasons.

Breakfast as it was a difficult walk to town.

The staff, the shuttle, the onsen (hot spring), and the room—all come together perfectly.

The room is amazing, beautiful view and really nice setup.

I loved the facilities and my room - mostly the staff were outstanding - welcoming, helpful and happy.

The walk up the hill - I’m not very fit!

The hotel rooms were far better than expected with its own living room, kitchen and seperate bedroom. The hotel was great and so was the private onsen.

Nice hotel with welcoming Australian staff. The Onsen was closed when we got there which was disappointing because it was one of the reasons we chose this location. The staff was kind and let us use their sister hotels facilities so it ended up being fine. The room was nice and had everything we needed.

Spacious and comfortable clean apartment room; good amenities. It's nice to have Nespresso in the room too. Would stay again.

The cafe has odd hours in the off season- there was a bit of confusion about do you want to book breakfast etc and I assumed that's because it's so busy, but maybe that's because it is not really open. We didn't really want western breakfast anyway, just telling others.
