Walking distance to the pub. For the price it was good. Amazing it was as good considering the floods earlier this year

Pillows were comfortable, place was v clean. Older furniture. Simple, tidy. St3aff were very accomidating with our very late arrival and booking.

Easy check in. Close to the M1.

People checked in around 2am in the room next door and made a lot of noise for a couple of hours, waking us all up.

Location

It smelled very mouldy, there was sticky tape around the toilet and floor skirts? Staples on lino floor just placed over floorboards. Needs lots of TLC definitely overpriced.

Ease of check in and check out.. no procedures ..no paperwork

AC not working ..room was stuffy ..got infection from dust mites ..had to go on antibiotics
