Palms Oasis Motel

Great and quick service, Very helpful to me and it was easy for me to check in with a late arrival time, Decent rooms at a good price

The room was clean

There was a lack of utensils in the room, eg.. only one teaspoon , only 2 small cups and saucers, no bowls. Fridge was not on, there was interconnected room which was unlocked on arrival, required us to lock. The room was extremely overpriced at $188 for the night.

Unfortunately the English of the owners is very poor. Bathroom was very old. Quite expensive for only a motel.

Clean and comfy motel, only a short drive to the coast (Harrington / Crowdy Bay). Stayed one night en route to Northern Rivers. Enjoyed morning run in local Landsdowne forest area

We booked two rooms for our stay.. one for our daughter and grandkids and one for us. The daughter's room was good BUT our room was terrible (room number17). Room 17 isn't even on the room fire evacuation hotel map. It seems to be a storage room connected to the kitchen and converted into a last-minute make money accommodation room for late arrival travelers. It also had a terrible smell (wastewater drains). We've stayed in this hotel a few times in the standard rooms and never had a issue but this time it was gross. Room 17 isn't up to standards. We spoke to the onsite manager/owner and couldn't change rooms as we arrived late and he said he'd given our booked room to another traveler even thought we had advised him of our arrival times.

The room number 17 should not be used for accommodation.

Mould in the shower and bathroom.

Close location to highway and the hotel for dinner
