"Quick rest stop. But if you have the budget just stay at port Macquarie it is much nicer"

It was a quick rest stop overnight. The gardens were very well kept. Cheap and easy to access

The beds were dirty and lots of mediocre maintenance done. Mind you it was very cheap and easy to access.

"Quick stopover with no frills"

Nice spot close to highway for overnight stay. Cheap in a small village, a very quiet village.

Nothing really. There was a sink in the kitchenette which I thought was a nice idea.

Location is good just off the highway

The owner had tradesmen in who were shouting outside our room at 6am. The room was dirty with no water, tea or coffee provided. The towels were dirty. The kitchen facilities are sparse and the staff are not friendly. There is a total lack of local amenities.

"Close to highway, great for a rest stop"

Close to the highway, just needed somewhere to rest on a long drive and it was perfect for what we needed. Beds were clean and comfortable and it was easy to book into.
