Hotel Gran Quitumbe

The hotel.was okay. In a central area with great access to transportation. Staff was very friendly.

Hotel staff is not on one line with each other. The website offers amenity however the staff is not aware of it. Like storage of luggage or laundry service.

Perfect location for the bus terminal, room was spotless, staff were super friendly and hotel was accommodating when I needed to change the dates of my stay after I sent them a message with the request.

It was very close to bus terminal which is very practical for us while travelling

It is a bit far away from the city centre but there are metro, bus, metrobüs facilities nearby which makes transportation convenient for us

Amazing customer service, it's comfortable, private and safe .. I will come back again.

The TV

Very nice staff, safe place, walkable distance to the bus station (5min walk) I recommend this place to any travelers!

Excelent

Pluses: Location is the best. Metro, bus hub, airport bus. Hot water in the shower is ok Room overall is ok There are some small shops, google it. Not very near but you can find.

Minuses: One star I took away, because there is nowhere to take hot water for coffee or tea. A reception guy suggested to buy a bottle of water to microwave it. But it has no sense. Shower in my room was broken, all floor in the bathroom was full of water, there wasn’t drain for water to go. But I believe, in other rooms could be much better. So I am not taking away a star for this. Overall room is good to stay here.
