Hotel Gran Quitumbe

I stayed here in September and after I left I realized I had left some personal items there. I called an hour after leaving and they told me they had found the items, I told them I would be returning in a month and they promised to save them for me. Upon arriving yesterday they told me they had thrown the items in the bin and were incredibly rude about it. Do not stay here!

Everything was ok just one recommendation to change the pillows, it’s to hard but I can recommend to my friends

Really expensive for such a late check-in, the shower was cold and the room was small and really noisy. The staff was not particularly nice. Really close to the terminal station so it's practical, that's the only advantage.

The hotel is very quaint. Rooms are very small, but clean. Very little hot water. We arrived very late (1 am) but there was staff available to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs (no elevator). Although staff spoke no English, we were finally able to communicate our needs. They were very kind and patient with us. The only reason we stayed here was because we had a very early bus to catch.

This the the best place to stay if you are going to use Quitumbe Bus Terminal. I used this hotel couple years ago and I did not have the best experience ... this time all went well. We got room on the back side of the hotel. It was clean, bed was comfortable and very very quiet. Receptionist was very kind and helpful. He knew the bus schedule between Quito and Puyo. Breakfast costs you some extra but it is well worth it. I would suggest make little bit nicer room decoration to make it more cozy.

Good ; very clean de room and others areas

Hotel staff didn't accept Expedia reservation which was shown through Mobile App and Email. Instead the receptionist was rude and demanded paper reservation. She made use of the untimely hour we checked in to charge us 150% of the base rate we booked through Expedia . Horrible hotel but stayed just because it is close to Quitumbe Terminal. Avoid if you can arrange other options.

This was a last minute booking and though the staff were friendly and helpful the room was tiny and had windows opening on the communal staircase - you could hear every noise.

Great spot by the bus station. Clean rooms and cheap. The area seemed safe as well and I found lots of great places to eat a few blocks in the opposite direction from the bus station as well. Really the location is just so darn convenient!

This is a nice clean hotel, people of this hotel was very helpful, and always willing to help. Thank you to the manager and workers I have a good time I recommend the price is great. they have a sound proof windows, I sleep very nice
