אהבנו את הרעיון של שהייה בטירה מימי הבניים עם חדר שהריהוט עתיק

לא אהבנו , שנשארנו לבד בטירה אחרי הצ'ק אין, ארוחת בוקר הושארה לנו בחדר אוכל על שולחן ללא מארח ללא מישהו שיכין לנו חביתה, רק לחמים קצת גבינות ונקניק ממש ארוחה פשוטה ולא מכבדת, גם אם היינו לבד במלון עדיין מגיע לנו שירות ותמורה לכסף ששילמנו, למחרת היו עוד 2 זוגות איתנו אז הם שמו מארחת שהכינה חביתות וארגנה את הארוחה בצורה יותר מכבדת, ההיתי מצפה שיהיה קפה ,תה בחדר לא היה כלום , היה רק מקרר קטן עם שתייה קרה, אין טלפון בחדר ליצור קשר אם יש בעיה רק וואצאפ וצריך להמתין שיענו לך, בקיצור לא ממליץ על המקום בכלל, התאכזבתי מאד, אין שירות אין חוויה של מלון, לא חושב שבוקינג צריך לשווק את המקום עד שיעשו שינוי ביחס לאורח

The castle was fantastic. The room, the view, the quiet location. The staff were very friendly, even though their English is very limited (it adds to the authenticity though).

We explored some of the castle and the grounds. I assume many parts of it is closed to the public. Not a criticism, just a note. There was also no dinner when we arrived, and the restaurant nearby is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so ensure you eat before or have access to meals if arriving on these days. There were plastic cups in the bathroom which feels a little cheap for such a beautiful place. And lastly, I appreciate there is no kettle in the room, and nowhere to make tea or coffee, however having a small flask with hot water in the room for late check-ins would be nice (especially if it is cold)

Ontbijt gewoon en geen service Anderstalig personeel en niet de service die je verwacht Beneden in automaat drinken halen en het aparte restaurant moeilijk bereikbaar bij regenweer helemaal moeilijk Kamers perfect Schloss indrukwekkend alleen de service is zoals thuis doe het zelf spijtig

Rooms were huge and comfortable Breakfast was fresh and yummy Staff was friendly and accommodating when we requested a room change.

Although the staff was very friendly, the front office wasn’t staffed which was a bit inconvenient. Be aware that there is no elevator in the castle and the top rooms require a lot of climbing to access.
