The furniture was sleek and modern, and the location was ideal, offering easy access to the surrounding area. Breakfast was quite delightful, with a variety of options that were both appetizing and satisfying. However, there was an underlying tension during our meals, primarily due to the chef's demeanor. It often felt as though we were being guided rather than welcomed, as she dictated where we could sit and how the self-service breakfast would be organized. The experience made us feel more like guests who were being watched instead of valued customers.

During our stay, the fridge was quite noisy, so we had to turn it off completely. One evening, a strong, unpleasant smell emanated from the shower. We also had two TVs in the apartment, but they used the same remote control. This meant that when we tried to turn on one TV, the other would turn off. It took us some time to figure out how it worked. The way people slammed their room doors was like an earthquake. Additionally, at 3 AM on the first night, some people were drinking and chatting near our room, making it impossible to sleep. From a high-quality hotel, I would expect soundproofed rooms.
