Chambre confortable, le spa très bien beaucoup d'équipements pour les enfants.

Обслужването, чистотата, гледката, басейна, бюфета и разнообразието от храна на закуската. Не съм била на място с такова изобилие. Заволява дори капризно дете, има детска площадка, има игри за деца в лобито с жетони. Нямаме търпение при първа възможност да дойдем отново в Банско в Гранд рояле. Благодарим за всичко!

Бихме казали, че хотелът е много семейно и детски ориентиран. Детския кът беше подходящ за нашия син на година и половина. Солната стая също беше място в което може да се заведе детето. Детския басейн като част от басейна за възрастни беше топъл и чист 32 градуси.
