Nothing about this place was good. The building is old and poorly maintained. The electricity was out the entire day, and the staff didn’t seem to care or offer any help. The rooms are outdated and uncomfortable. Breakfast was just okay, but that’s the only decent thing I can say. Would not recommend staying here.

c'était très agréable après les journées de visite, la piscine était grande, chaude, bref un bel espace détente. la nourriture , copieuse variée avec des produits locaux et la gentillesse du personnel qui acceptait de réchauffer les plats! l'appartement était très grand§ Sinon la petite ville de Bansko est très belle ,typique et calme!

Стаите изглеждат много по-добре на снимка, не са реновирани отдавна. Леглото не беше удобно, един от прозорците не се затваряше, уведомихме не рецепция, но не ни смениха стаята и все пак би следвало да го оправят. Стените са като хартиени - чуваш всичко и съответно се събуждаш от съседите. На закуската имаше много неща, но повечето полуфабрикати и единия ден беше ок, другия ден имаше някакви пресготвени/леко загорели неща.

Das Hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Eine Konsequenz daraus ist, dass man auch bis 23 Uhr in der Bar von fröhlich wuselnden Kindern umgeben ist. Das kann für manche Besucher ambivalent sein. Es gibt rund um Das Haus vielfältige familienfreundliche Spiel- und Freizeitangebote. Ein kleines Flüsschen hinter dem Hotel sorgt für ein wenig Romantik.

Das Frühstück würde ich qualitativ eher im Mittelfeld verorten. Der Barkeeper war unfreundlich und schroff. Das andere Personal war freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.
