"leider etwas enttäuscht !"

Ich kenne das Hotel seit mehreren Jahren und war bisher besonders vom Frühstücksbüffet begeistert.Hier hat die Qulität nachgelassen was ich sehr bemängel. Der Service im Allgemeinen war , wie bisher, gut.

"Airport travel hotel"

Good personnel and close to airport and immigration Dept is short walk away. Restaurant by in lobby and j mall close by too.

"Exceptional"

Great hotel, staff is so great in accommodating all your needs, stayed here for 40 days on bussiness trip and had 0 bad experiences. Wherever you look smiley face is going to look back!!!

"最低"

ベッドに血ついたら500ペソも要求された。タオルで叩けば取れる程度だったが、今まで沢山のホテルに泊まったが一度も請求された事ないので、チェックアウトすると説明もなしに態度悪い女のフロントが請求してきた。チェックイン時にデポジット500ペソ要求してくるのは、何かとぼったくろうとしてるからだろう。外のランドリー1キロで30ペソ程度なのに！ 他のホテルに聞いても大量に汚れてると請求するが少しなら請求する事はないと言われた。タバコも罰金2000ペソらしい。

"Facilities not working"

Not good because we had to switch rooms three times for various reasons -- water heater not working, AC (thermostat) not working. The reception staff were also rude. Considering the inconvenience we already went through, the least they could have done was be apologetic or at least appear to be so. Instead, they seemed to be running out of patience and made it sound like we were complaining too much.

"Affordable and fair"

Ok everything. Clean but walls cracked. Location was ok, not really in the centre of the city but fair number of restaunts around and shopping centre around.

"생각보다 방이 너무 지저분합니다. "

샤워커튼에 비누거품이 그대로 굳은채 있었고, 바퀴벌레를 네마리나 잡았으며 이불에도 지저분한게 묻어있었네요. 늦게 들어갔음에도 숙박 예약 기록이 호텔에 없다하여 꽤 오래 기다렸구요.. 직원들은 친절했으나 앞으로는 고려해봐야할것 같네요.

２回目の利用です。個人的に気に入ってます。男性スタッフが親切です！買い物にも、便利なエリアです。ホテル横には地元料理のお店が、数件あります。

"近くにローカルコンビニ（2分）部屋は広めで窓もある。"

いい点 ①空港から25分（タクシー）で近い ②近くに24hコンビニ（ローカル） ③スタッフ感じがいい ④送迎（500フィリピンペソ）※タクシ＝350ペソ ⑤部屋のペットボトルの水2本無料 気になる点 ①エアコンうるさいが夜中は廊下からの冷気で不要 ②シャワーが弱いけど我慢できるが ③朝4時に突然ベッドメーキングがノックして部屋に入ってきそうになって怖かった（意味不明）
