good for the price need to fix Wi Fi Good Breakfeast

Not very good superior deluxe is very small in size that i need to change room to suite... telephone is not working i need to go down to the main lobby if i need something they fix the room on my last day which is no use... wi-fi is very bad not able to connect in my 3 nights stay. Staffs are polite and accomodating somehow. Hotel location is far from the ayala mall.

Functional. Not great but not bad either. Food is good though. Don't know how to feel about blankets with holes in em.

This Hotel was pretty new and is very nice,For me the only problem was there was not any smoking area in the Hotel and I needed to go outside to smoke,Nice buffet breakfast and great for the price,I did book thru Expedia and when I cam in to the Hotel they were not aware of my reservation and had to find it,This has happened before when I book with Expedia so I'm not sure it is the fault of the Hotel as it is Expedias fault. I would go back again.

We are a couple with a 1 year old child. As usual,the staff were very courteous and professional. Our accomodation was a single queen with a twin bed and included buffet breakfast. The lobby, cafe and the room were the only ones a/c. AS Fortuna, the street where the hotel was, was undergoing construction,so be prepared for extra traffic congestion during peak hours. The room was clean and spacious for the price. Buffet breakfast selection was excellent and changes everyday we were there. The only thing though they need to rid of "roach", i saw one running from the bread plate onto the table. The hotel is right beside royal grand Spa. The service was excellent and you get a discount as a hotel guest. My overall is 3.5 out of 5.

The buffet breakfast was really good. The room was clean, but towels have seen better days. The towels are really old and have a dirty white color. The room lacks written instructions for using the safe. There are no instructions for numbers to dial next to the phone. Electrical outlets are hidden behind the ref and it took us a while to find them. Hotel is conveniently located near a mall and restaurants. Price is reasonable since the rate already includes buffet breakfast. Dishes like siomai, adobo and even the scrambled eggs were really yummy.

There was not wifi in hotel,first day they said there is problem only one day but it was no connection at all. Bed was uncomfortable. Location was bad, difficult to get taxi.

Staff great as the norm in Philippines. If you want to stay in the room and look out, there's really nothing to look at. Pillows too soft so need 2 to out head on. Room is OK otherwise except had to deal with a flying cockroach on 3dd night...not sure how that got inside. Free buffet breakfast doesn't have much at all. Food is expensive compared to other hotels. If you just want to spend the night and go out on tours, I guess this is OK. But there are others which may give a better quality and bang for the price...such as Mandarin Plaza Hotel.

we felt being prejudice .they should treat their guest equally no matter what their nationality. Worst experience we have in their dining area . Maybe because I am also a Filipino . As I am observing them they don't treat the same way for foreigners . Clen
