Baiyun City Hotel

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It's rundown and the staff are mediocre at best. The hotel and room were fairly dirty. I'm used to three star hotels in China and this is 2 star at best.

The location is ideal, directly in front of the train station and easy access to the metro and bus.

Good location. Near to Guangzhou South Railway station and Metro line 2 and line 8. Hotel at the same complex where airport express service final stop. To and fro Baiyun International Airport T1 and T2 only less than 60 min, at 22 yuan ....super value. For business it is good, but people looking for shopping will be disappointed. Working distance to apparel wholesale centres.

Acceptable for the price range. Very convenient as it is just next to Guangzhou Raiway Station and Baima Wholesale Market.

The room was dirty

It started out very well the first day, but experienced a continuous noise from a nearby pump all night long. When we mentioned it to the housekeepers the next morning, they told us there was nothing that could be done about it, so we suffered one more day. After we checked out the last day, we asked if we could charge pur phones in the lobby and we were told “no”

Good hotel location wise but everything else is just manageable. Internet was better this time.
