The staff didn’t care that the internet wouldn’t work in our room. It definitely works she said. And that was that too bad.

The room was above expectation and very cozy. Very close to the city center.

Great location very clean and great staff

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they were so kind to let us drop off our luggage and it was placed in our room upon our return. Thank you! The room was comfortable and it was nice to have tea, coffee, hot chocolate in the room. The sitting area in the lobby area was cozy. The breakfast was fantastic! Location was great - everything was within walking distance.

We were 4 in the room and although we were comfortable it was a bit tight.

The lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Room wasn't large but cosy and perfectly adequate. The room was a bit chilly when we arrived but lovely and warm later in the evening when the heating came on. Clean room, comfy bed and tea/coffee making facilities which were welcome. Location was ideal, 10 mins walk to the town centre. Definitely recommend.
