We stayed 5 nights in mid-March and simply had a perfect stay. One of the three best hotels I ever stayed at. Perfect location, clean and fresh hotel, restaurant and pool area. Really good breakfast. Cool SPA-area. The staff at the hotel was top-class, friendly and very helpful - and all in a natural way

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The staff went above and beyond and took note of every detail. The food was amazing. We loved the views, the location and access to the promenade. The spa was also fantastic. One of the best places we’ve stayed. We highly recommend!

Absolutely a hotel to recommend. Room really exceptional with terrace overlooking the sea. Staff did go the extra mile to make our stay excellent. Nice walkway at the beach. Great way to visit nearby marina.

This was our first stay at the Vincci Selección Aleysa Boutique & Spa and it exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a 5-star hotel in Benalmádena with excellent accessibility and outstanding service, this is it. Check-in Arrival was smooth and welcoming. Felipe from Guest Relations greeted us by name and escorted us to the terrace where we were served welcome drinks and tapas while we completed check-in. A fantastic first impression and a very personal touch. Accessible Room (A9) We stayed in the accessible room A9 and it was superb. The bedroom was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space, a huge comfortable bed and crisp, fresh linens. The bathroom was particularly well designed for accessibility: * Grab rails in the right places * Plenty of space to manoeuvre * Roll-in shower with optional stool * Shelving and thoughtful layout We also had a semi-private terrace, which we weren’t expecting and was a lovely bonus. Breakfast Breakfast was outstanding. The buffet offered a fantastic selection including hot dishes, fresh fruit, pastries and excellent coffee. Being able to enjoy a glass of Cava with breakfast felt wonderfully indulgent. There was also an à la carte menu with options such as Full English, Eggs Benedict and omelettes. You can dine either in the restaurant or on the beautiful terrace overlooking the Mediterranean — a perfect way to start the day. Accessibility Accessibility throughout the hotel is excellent: * Easy access to bar and dining areas * Step-free public spaces * Lift access * Accessible WC on the terrace (so no need to return to your room) Service Service was simply outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Drinks were served to our terrace and the breakfast service was excellent. Turndown service each evening with chocolates and fresh towels was another lovely 5-star touch. Location The hotel is located at the quieter end of Benalmádena, which we really appreciated. A lift takes you directly down to the promenade, and it’s about a 15-minute walk (or roll) to Puerto Marina Benalmádena. The beach nearby has boardwalks, making wheelchair access easy. Would we return? Absolutely — in a heartbeat. This is a beautiful boutique hotel with fantastic staff, great accessibility and a wonderful location. It’s not cheap, but it is worth every penny.
