"Perfect"

Stunning hotel, we stayed here for 5 nights in a sea view room, the room was very nice as was the view. We stayed in room 13B and if you want to chill on a sun bed on your balcony and listen to the waves then this is perfect. Breakfast and dinner were 10/10, service from every member of staff 10/10…. Our stay was perfect, many thanks.

"The staff are incredible"

This hotel is beyond amazing. From the warm welcome we got when we arrived to the beautiful food, views, facilities, cleanliness - everything was perfect. But what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. We had a medical emergency during our trip and the professionalism and kindness shown by everyone we encountered was truly amazing. There are not enough words I have to describe how helpful they were, and how grateful I was that we were staying at a hotel like this during a stressful time. Huge thanks and gratitude to every single person including reception, the restaurant and the cleaning staff - it means more than you will ever know. Special thanks to Sophie and Santiago for their assistance on the day of the emergency. I plan to come back again and hopefully truly enjoy the whole experience Vincci Aleysa has to offer next time!
