Really nice place, conveniently located close to pubs and shops. The host is very friendly. She keeps everything extremely clean and cooks amazing breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent stay - highly recommended! I had a wonderful stay here, starting with the perfect location, just a 9-minute walk from Windermere station. Jo was an incredibly kind and warm host who even arranged for me to drop my luggage off before check-in, which made my arrival so much easier. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a double room that was fresh, spotlessly clean, and had a lovely view of the park. Breakfast was a fantastic - a selection of cereals, toast butter jam, followed by a delicious,traditional English breakfast (sausage, bacon, egg, tomato and mushroom). The whole stay felt very well-organised with daily housekeeping. I’d definitely stay here again!

The bathroom was a bit on the small side compared to the room size. In the evening, there were some local teenagers playing in the road nearby which was a bit noisy, but the area felt very safe and the noise didn't last too late.
