We are a couple from Toronto Canada. We stayed for only one night before a cruise. We loved this hotel. It’s right in the old historic area and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very well equipped and breakfast was the highlight. Amazing.

Beautiful hotel with delicious breakfast located in the historic city centre. The rooms are clean, staff friendly and the facilities are high quality.

Room number 2 is a disaster. You hear everything that's being said in the lobby. I couldn't sleep at all. The staff was familiar with the problem and arranged for a midnight change to another room. What I don't understand is that, if they are aware, they don't solve the issue. Is an easy fix: add an extra door in the hallway...
