Brilliantly located in the beautiful old town and staffed by helpful, warm, likeable and very knowledgeable professionals who made our stay smooth, relaxing and super enjoyable. Our room was comfortable, quiet, clean and very dark at night which made for a good nights sleep. Nice (free) mini bar and excellent shower. Bed good. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would enjoy going back.

"This is the hotel for a stay in Valencia!!!"

What a gorgeous hotel. I took my wife here for our 20th wedding anniversary. It is boutique, beautiful, has lovely history and amazing breakfast. I cannot say enough about this place, it is like a home in the charming old part of the city with a fantastic location. Oh and the staff are awesome - calling out Alessandro and Marta! THANK YOU X

"Not 5 Star"

Location was perfect for exploring , central yet tranquil. All staff provides excellent customer service and have obviously been trained to a high standard -faultless As friends travelling together we asked for twin beds which we got but weren’t aware the bath was in the same room as the beds and the shower door is see through . Mini bar is complementary with soft drinks and a packet of crisps , maybe if there are two people in the room the stock should represent that . The minibar wasn’t filled up one day and we requested this but it never happened . Tea and coffee facilities would be better in the room as every time you want you have to call down for room service . We were unaware that room service was available as there was no menu left in the room. The breakfast at €29 was very expensive.
