Hotel Mary

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer war wunderschön. Der Pool war ebenfalls schön und es gab auch ausreichend Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme, ebenso am hoteleigenen Strand.

Im Zimmer waren leider keine Rollläden vorhanden und es existierte auch kein Schrank. Etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeit im ansonsten ausreichend großen Bad wäre erfreulich gewesen.

The view was very good. We could also have used the beach area, but we didn't because we were traveling around.

Upon arrival, the beds were not made and the minibar was empty. Later, we had to order slippers, which were also only one for 3 guests. At 6 in the morning, the service staff started making noise so that it was impossible to sleep. The breakfast was very poor.

Näkymät huoneesta olivat tosi kauniit. huone oli siisti, aamiainen monipuolinen, jopa Proseccoa oli saatavilla. Vico Equensen kaupunki mukavan pieni, hyviä ruokapaikkoja hotellin lähellä. Sea Club oli mukava paikka viettää aurinkopäiviä. Ystävällinen palvelu. Hotellin kautta järjestyi veneretki Caprille.

La colpa non so se sia di booking o dell’hotel ma non e’ sicuramente un’hotel dove si puo’ portare un cane !!! Mi sono sentito a disagio perché l’unico posto dove poteva stare !! O in camera o Fuori dall’hotel nemneno al bar !!! Questo secondo me non va bene !!! Sconsiglio a chiunque di andare con un cane e consiglio di non scrivere che gli animali sono accettati !!

Where to begin - the location, balcony view, inifinity pool, large patio, the beach club was spectacular. The freshness and broad variety offered for the breakfast buffet was top notch. All of the staff were extremely helpful and at times went the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.

That our time there was too short! LOL The 2€ each way fee for the Beach Club shuttle was a bit petty, but understandable I suppose.

Vincenzo and his team were exceptional, the service was impeccable, the best we have experienced in any hotel restaurant. He made the stay thoroughly enjoyable and was the reason we chose to eat in the restaurant a second evening. The facilities were all great although the bedroom was a little small. Restaurant, views & pool were exceptional.

Upon checkout we had some queries where items had been left off our bill and our booking agent took a payment under this reference when this was not passed on to the hotel. I feel the reception staff could have been more helpful and empathetic when checking the items within the restaurant. They got there in the end but it made the last few hours of the stay unpleasant and we left earlier than planned. We were also told that we would be charged extra for staying around the pool before our flight when the receptionist confirmed earlier that there would be no charge. At 305 euros per night I would expect a little leeway.
