Good for family or solo stay. Neat clean and spacious rooms. It’s located at a place close to the shopping hubs and Marina beach so very convenient for tourists too

We only enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the rooms were comfortable.

We booked 2 rooms, but receptionist said we only booked 1 room and ask us to book through booking.com again. She said it's more expensive if she wants to do the booking for us. We requested for early checking in a month before. But all we hear was 'please wait take a seat'. Then we headed to the restaurant at 2nd floor to eat. It was already 12pm but the waitress said no main course was ready,which even disappointed us more. Then I ordered Lucknow biryani. The chicken was half cooked. I was so angry as my young son was sharing the food with me. The Food that my other family member order was bad too. Really very disappointed.

Good room, food, gym. Restaurant nice and quiet when it opens in morning or evening, certainly gets busy later. Laundry service attentive . Business centre looked good though didn't use Downtown location, so good for centre, but further to airport.

No significant issues, would come again.

I have a very good experience with Priya last one week since I have been in the hotel, her approach and gust care is excellent.
