While the property and food were flawless, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the class service—specifically from Bala. Bala took care of our entire family throughout the stay with the utmost professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, guided us through the best experiences the hotel had to offer, and made sure every single family member—from the youngest to the oldest—was perfectly comfortable. His genuine hospitality turned a great vacation into an unforgettable memory.

Had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall hospitality was excellent. A special mention to Nirmala at the front desk, who was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. She made the check-in process smooth and ensured all our requirements were taken care of with a smile. Her warm attitude truly enhanced our experience. The dining area was super with variety of dishes. Mr. Das, oasis was very helpful in taking care of her requirements on both days . Ms. Christina too smilingly took care of us. Mr. Giridharan, Chef, although very busy in the kitchen, was so kind with his delicious preparation. Mr. Vignesh, another chef's preparation was so lip smacking. Mr. Rohith, the overall incharge, was behind us seeing to it that our requirements are taken care so well. All the very best to to the entire team.
