Great location downstairs cafe lovely,great area for walking

I felt the quality of our room ie all the windows having a frosted film did not match the quality of the other rooms I saw .Maybe this should be mentioned when booking

"Lovely stay in Rye"

Only a 5 mins walk from the train station, the guesthouse is in a really good position for exploring the towns. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby too. The room was nice although had to be careful opening the window as it was just on the car park and road and ground level - without opening the window it gets a bit stuffy in there! Also there are quite a few steps between the restaurant area and the rooms. The breakfast was quite nice.
