Fantastic holiday, nothing was too much trouble and very dog friendly too, the breakfast was amazing and worked out cheaper than going into town for one.The location of the guesthouse is only a very short walk from the seafront, shops and Railway station. Bed's were very comfortable and a good night's sleep was had by all, we would like to thank Hans for everything from his superb breakfasts, allowing our dog to stay and for making our stay a memorable happy one indeed. We will be back again.

Excellent host, really feels like home from home. The hotel location was very convenient; the room was excellent. Very hearty hot breakfast was just an icing on the cake.
I stayed here with my teenage son in a twin room for 5 nights. I can not speak highly enough of the owner. He rearranged my dates last minute, he helped with baggage, the breakfast was wonderful. He was kind, understanding and just wonderful.
