"I want a refund"

Location was close to where we needed to be and free parking

The floors were filthy I’ve never seen anything like it and I’m sure they have bed bugs as well were itching all night and has bites in the morning, it was very noisy and falsely advertised breakfast which was as told by staff bread and tea and coffee tbere was a toaster but no butter the kitchen smell was like stale food and the bed was so noisy you couldn’t even move without it sounding like it was about to calapse

"Basic stat"

Location and price. Bed and room OK. Heating good. Shower & hot water fine. Fresh bread and milk in breakfast area . Ample parking.

Communal areas looking tired. Breakfast area needs cleaning. Crockery not as clean as it should be. No sink to wash items. No butter for toast. Items left in fridge out of date.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Nice clean shower.

"Dirty and disgusting"

Nothing what so ever.

The carpark was full of rubbish and broken items. No health and safety what so ever. I checked in and checked out straight away as the room and the bathroom were not cleaned. This is offered for people visiting hospital relatives. Can you imagine the bacterias you are bringing back from the hotel? This is unacceptable. No standard at all.
