"Didn’t stay and want our money back as we had to find somewhere else to stay which cost us extra money"

Nothing did not stay there it was disgusting the windows latch was broken the door didn’t unlock and lock properly No tea or coffee or even a kettle in the room The shower you couldn’t swing a cat in We have reported to booking.com and waiting for a response from them And a refund

It was dirty the outside looked like a Dump Definitely shouldn’t be on booking. Com

Location

Hotel was old needs refurbishment asap carpet dirty. Not very clean and sanitary. Was only there for a night but would not say. Also wasn't nice having hotel staff knocking at my room door 10.10am telling me I need to check out so they can get the room for next booked customer .

very basic! Location is difficult to reach via public transport, I had to ask for toilet roll and breakfast was cereal and milk, no non-dairy option, so I had to pass on this. For the price last minute it was okay, but if you are looking for anything more than a basic room to lay your head and a shower you will be disappointed.
