Only thing bathrooms need refresh paint grout

Drainage smell issue in the bathroom.

Room was lovely and cool on a very hot day. The tea and coffee facilities were very welcome The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed a good sleep. The staff were friendly. Easy parking outside our room on arrival.

Probably could have done with a bath mat in the bath when showering, bath rather slippery for an older person. Towel rail needed a little repair as one of the rawl plugs was loose making the rail tilt. There were a few ants in the room but bearing in mind that we were in the middle of the countryside it was not a great problem. Parking was a little difficult on our return in the evening as restaurant guests had parked outside the rooms. again no great problem as we just waited till someone left to park properly.

Large room with two double beds,excellent big shower.Very quiet and could park right outside room.

Very reasonable price for such a spacious room. Very comfortable.

No fridge in room.

We were given room 9 there slug crawling around in the shower tray and the crusty brown deposit on the toilet. When I complained we moved to room 5. There was an earth cable sticking out of the wall behind the heated towel rail and the bath side panel was broken in various places. We have stayed here many times over the last few years but would think long and hard about staying again if this is what we are expected to put up with.

The wifi often doesnt work or very slow but other than that no problems
