Property Notes

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. One child 12 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The property allows pets in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination.The COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 12 and up; guests must have received complete COVID-19 vaccination at least 15 days prior to check-in.

"Um hotel charmoso"

Muito boa. Hotel intimista com bom atendimento.Fiquei no apto 101 que possui uma banheira hidro quente. Infelizmente não há nesta acomodação proteção contra o sol e ele batia quase o dia todo na hidro.Poderia fazer uma cerca de madeira com plantas iqual já existente nas outras. O bar molhado ficavam cheio de pessoas que neste tempo de pandemia não deveria acontecer. No mais o Carmel Charme é um dos melhores com o seu cafe variavel , bem como seu restaurante.

"Uma grata surpresa"

Eu não conhecia a cadeia Carmel. Essa foi minha primeira visita baseada em fotos e comentários em vários sites. Ë muito interessante a ideia desse resort. Normalmente ligamos a ideia de resort a uma mega construção. A ideia aqui é oferecer os serviçoes de forma compacta. E funciona muito bem. Desde uma comida bastante boa, há atendentes sorridentes e simpáticos, há piscinas que não deixam nada a desejar às mega construçoes. Isso sem contar que fica tudo perto, inclusive a praia. E por não ser um construção gigante, o resort, mesmo que em sua plena capacidade, não aparenta estar lotado. É uma grata surpresa, muito confortável, limpo, com serviços muito bons e comida surpreendentemente boa. Não só o jantar, como o café e os quitutes da piscina. Simplesmente muito bons. Te trazem a ideia de que vc está no lugar exato para se divertir e descansar. Voltarei com certeza !

"Restaurante precisa melhorar "

Hotel bom, atendentes muito solícitos, café da manhã ótimo; a única ressalva é o restaurante: frutos do mar duros (tanto a lagosta do risoto quanto o filé de peixe, além da quantidade do risoto ser mínima).

"Ótimo local pra família"

Local super bonito, limpo e agradável. Comida muito boa, mas o atendimento pode melhorar um pouco. Piscina muito boa. c Muita infra pra crianças... piscinas com bordas arredondadas, brinquedoteca, menu kids variado, copa. Etc Voltaria com certeza!!

This place is Amazing. Is worth the money. Things are expensive but the quality is another level. The staff is absolutely amazing. From the minute you walk in, they make you fell like a king right at home. DEFINITELY WORTH IT. DEFINITELY COMING BACK!
