Property Notes

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. One child 12 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The property allows pets in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination.The COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 12 and up; guests must have received complete COVID-19 vaccination at least 15 days prior to check-in.

"Excelente, mais já precisa um ajuste"

Super bom, só que ja esta precisando alguns ajustes. Em tema mantenimiento, sobre todo luminico precisa melhorar. Muitas lâmpadas quebradas, luminarias externas que não funcionam. Mobiliário dos bungalow mais caros estão precisando melhoras. Os ar acondicionados são antigos e muito barulhentos. As piscinas individuais precisam melhoras em seu alrededor ( bordas quebradas), e com toda a nova tecnologia existente hoje elas deveriam estar algo aquecidas, ja seja por sistema solar o por trocador de calor. Realmente a agua esta gelada durante a manhã e chegando a noite o que impossibilita el uso de elas em forma prazerosa. Tendo em conta os valores elevados das diarias para esos bungalow, mereceriam a melhora. Pessoal humano: Nota 10. Ajudaria um cardápio mais variado. Elementos da praia como guarda sol e cadeiras estão precisando uma troca; muito velhos e estado regular.

O hotel seria excelente se o Wi-Fi funcionasse. Em pleno 2021, num mundo totalmente virtualizada, oferecer uma conectividade ridícula compromete o padrão de atendimento do estabelecimento.

Hotel Impecável, com acomodações maravilhosas, em uma localização sensacional. Lugar perfeito para descansar e curtir a natureza. Meu porém vai para o café da manhã, que poderia ter uma mesa de pães e frios mais bem cuidada, e para o restaurante, que tem uma carta de vinho boa, mas cobra preços exorbitantes nesses vinhos. Se cobrassem preços mais ajustados teriam feito eu gastar muito mais com vinhos.

"Bom hotel mas sem entusiasmar."

Os destaques são o atendimento e a praia, praticamente privativa. A comida é boa, com muitas opções. Poderiam oferecer meia pensão como vários hoteis da mesma categoria. Tem música ao vivo ou DJs (ótimos) quase todos os dias. A carta de vinhos poderia conter rótulos com preços mais acessiveis (poucos são abaixo de R$200,00). O hotel é mais adequado para casais e famílias sem crianças, apesar dessas serem permitidas. Achei os protocolos contra a Covid bem relaxados, apesar dos funcionários sempre usarem máscara.
