Property Notes

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. One child 12 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The property allows pets in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. "Nível do hotel caiu nos últimos tempos"

Achei que o hotel deu uma caída nos últimos 2 anos, desde que fui da ultima vez. Quando cheguei o banheiro estava sujo, com cabelo no chão, e continuou assim depois da arrumação/limpeza do 1o dia. Eu mesma limpei depois disso. Comi todos os dias no hotel e a comida não estava boa, muito decepcionante. Serviço em geral também bem abaixo da outra vez que fui. Uma pena. Não pretendo voltar. Também acho que está na hora de uma reforma.

Hotel incrível, atendimento impecável, tudo em perfeito estado. Praia ótima na frente com toda estrutura de bar, além da piscina, jacuzzi, diversas atividades diárias incluídas de acordo com a programação da época da estadia, café da manhã espetacular e sem sombra de dúvida o ponto mais marcante é o atendimento.

Realmente trata-se de um hotel excelente. Comida, atendimento, quarto (ficamos no loft), vista, ambiente, a praia… enfim, tudo foi top!!! Recomendo sem medo de ser feliz Voltaremos com certeza

Hotel perfeito! Cama grande, confortável, travesseiros maravilhosos. Funcionários prestativos desde o check in até o check out. Infraestrutura perfeita, tudo novo e conservado! Restaurante com pratos variados e deliciosos, o preço é caro. A minha única sugestão seria ampliar o tamanho do box do chuveiro, mas nada que chegue a atrapalhar. Café da manhã impecável! Não queria ir embora
