"Unfortunately we would not choose this accomadation again."

The staff were friendly and we were able to drop our luggage off early.

The accomadation is in need of decorating. Perticualy in the dining room. And the garden was quite untidy. The television in our room did not work.

"Very clean and good value."

Location was perfect for the town and seafront. Host was very welcoming the room was very comfortable slightly small but ideal for our stay. Breakfast was very good and the young member of staff serving was very pleasant.

Only criticism was our room was directly over lounge/Dining area and at times was quite noisy.
